Daylight saving time and your countdown
If your target date falls on the other side of a daylight saving time change, the countdown can appear to jump or lag by an hour compared to a simple calendar-day estimate. This isn't a bug — clocks in many regions shift forward or back by one hour on a specific date each year, so a countdown spanning that transition genuinely does contain one hour more or less real time than the same number of calendar days would suggest at any other time of year.
